Job summary

Soho House in California is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead service, quality control and the overall F&B experience under the General Manager. You will own daily to monthly projects, forecast, interview, hire, manage inventory and vendors, ensuring peak performance and profitability.

You will maximize sales through guest relationships, drive efficiency, and oversee staff scheduling, training and compliance in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Detail oriented and able to problem solve in high-volume environments.
• Experience with hospitality tech (POS, OpenTable, Opera etc.).

Responsibilities

• Influential leader coordinating with General Manager on service, staffing and guest experience.
• Drive sales and revenue through relationships and efficient processes.
• Oversee menus, purchasing, vendor relations and budget targets.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise F&B staff and scheduling.
• Ensure service standards and health/safety compliance.
