Job summary

Soho House seeks a Food & Beverage Manager in New York to lead service quality and delivery of exceptional F&B experiences under the General Manager. The role covers daily, weekly, and monthly operations, P&L review, forecasting, and staff recruitment across F&B.

You will drive menus, purchasing, vendor relations and ensure operational excellence aligned with brand standards. You will maximize sales and guest satisfaction by training and supervising F&B teams, optimizing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a similar capacity.
• Detail oriented, process driven, able to problem solve in high-volume environments.
• Experience with hospitality tech: POS, OpenTable, Opera.

Responsibilities

• Lead service standards and staffing in collaboration with the GM.
• Enhance member/guest experience and revenue through effective leadership.
• Design, train, and implement menus, purchasing, and vendor relations.
• Identify customer needs and develop action plans to improve experience and mitigate risk.
• Support HR guidelines and recruitment to build high-performing teams.
• Set targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures.
• Foster transparent, motivated teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure allergy procedures and a clean, safe workplace.
