Description
- Develop and mentor FSA tribal members within your department.
- Provide strategic direction for food and beverage profit centers, including 360 Restaurant, Apache Grill, Summit Coffee, Banquet Services, and Beverage Operations.
- Ensure consistent operation of venues, maintaining sanitation, equipment, safety, and health standards, and staying current with relevant laws and policies.
- Market food and beverage outlets effectively to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and analyze action plans focusing on productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Estimate staffing needs and forecast operational requirements.
- Oversee daily operations, guest services, cash control, and interdepartmental interface.
- Work effectively with peers, vendors, and regulatory personnel.
- Engage with guests proactively to enhance business and sales.
- Manage and develop Food & Beverage Managers and Supervisors through training and mentoring.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of passionate hospitality aligned with Apache Casino Hotel’s core values.
- Handle hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision of team members in accordance with organizational policies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, laws, and internal policies.
- Supervise managers and administrative staff, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Promote teamwork, morale, motivation, and open communication among staff.
- Represent the core values of the organization and provide exceptional service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the senior management.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Must meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in various environmental conditions. Specific vision abilities are required. Exposure to food, chemicals, latex, and environmental risks is possible. A food handler’s permit and Oklahoma ABLE license are required post-hire.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields or five years of leadership experience managing multi-unit food and beverage outlets, preferably in gaming.
- Proven track record in guest service, revenue maximization, and cost control.
- Knowledge of marketing, business planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with renovations, rebranding, and menu development.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Energetic leader with a history of successful concept execution.
- Willingness to work variable schedules and maintain computer proficiency.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
