P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. in Baton Rouge is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and uphold brand standards. You will drive guest satisfaction and mentor the hospitality team in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll oversee schedules, training, and performance, ensure safety and sanitation adherence, manage expenses, and partner with leadership to deliver exceptional service and financial results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management.
• Valid driver’s license for occasional duties.
• Hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume environment experience.
• Experience mentoring and training hourly team members.
• Strong communication skills with guests and teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and facilitates training of Hospitality Team Members.
• Develops schedules for all Hospitality Team members.
• Holds pre-shift meetings for daily focus and direction.
• Ensures dress code standards and safety guidelines.
• Manages controllable expenses and inventory processes.
• Addresses guest service issues professionally and compassionately.
