P.F. Chang's is hiring for a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and execute established procedures under the direction of the Operating Partner. This is a salaried, full-time role focused on guest hospitality and staff leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license to perform occasional duties.
• Experience mentoring and training hourly team members.
• Hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and facilitates training of all Hospitality Team Members
• Articulates clearly to Team Members, other Management, and Guests
• Develops schedules for all Hospitality Team members
• Holds pre-shift meetings for daily focus and direction for staff
• Maintains dress code standards
• Follows state safety and sanitation guidelines
• Supports inventory processing and accuracy
• Manages controllable expenses for their area
• Ensures side work is assigned and completed
• Manages check-outs for all Hospitality staff
• Ensures a clean and safe environment for Team Members and Guests
• Handles Guest Service issues professionally and with compassion
• Lives the Company Values and motivates others to do the same
• Must be able to stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
