Job summary

P.F. Chang's is hiring immediately for a Senior Restaurant Manager role. The position oversees front-of-house leadership and delivers service in line with P.F. Chang’s standards under the direction of the Operating Partner.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, safety and sanitation compliance, inventory support, and controlling expenses while ensuring guest satisfaction. Requires 3+ years in restaurant management and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for occasional duties (shift coverage, liquor license requirements, catering orders, etc.).
• Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment.
• Experience mentoring and training hourly team members.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and direct teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and facilitates training of all Hospitality Team Members.
• Must be able to articulate clearly to Team Members, other members of Management, and our Guests.
• Develops schedules for all Hospitality Team members.
• Holds pre-shift meetings to provide daily focus and direction for staff.
• Holds front of house staff accountable for dress code standards.
• Ensures compliance with state safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Supports inventory execution and manages controllable expenses.
• Ensures side work is assigned and completed; manages check-outs for staff.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for Team Members and Guests.
• Handles guest service issues professionally and with compassion.
