P.F. Chang's Mount Pleasant is hiring for a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations. This salaried, full-time role manages service standards, staffing, and guest experiences in our Mount Pleasant location.

You will drive training, scheduling, and performance, while upholding safety, cost controls, and company policies. This is a rewarding opportunity within a renowned Pan-Asian brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management.
• Valid driver’s license for occasional duties and travel between locations.
• Experience in a hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience mentoring hourly team members.
• Strong communication skills to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and facilitates training of all Hospitality Team Members
• Develops schedules for all Hospitality Team members
• Holds pre-shift meetings for daily focus
• Manages front-of-house dress code, safety and sanitation
• Supports inventory and controls costs
• Ensures guest service issues are resolved professionally
