P.F. Chang's is hiring immediately for a Senior Restaurant Manager to oversee front-of-house operations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting in Baton Rouge.

You will lead hospitality team members, ensure service standards, manage schedules, and drive guest satisfaction in line with company procedures. The role requires 3+ years in restaurant management, strong communication, and the ability to mentor staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for occasional duties.
• Experience working in hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Experience mentoring and training hourly team members.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and facilitates training of all Hospitality Team Members.
• Articulates clearly to Team Members and guests.
• Develops schedules for all Hospitality Team members.
• Holds pre-shift meetings to provide daily focus and direction.
• Ensures dress code standards and safety guidelines are followed.
• Manages inventory and controllable expenses for the area.
• Oversees guest service issues professionally and with care.
