P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations across a busy, guest-focused dining room. You will uphold company procedures, mentor staff, and drive hospitality excellence under the direction of the Operating Partner.

The role requires 3+ years in restaurant management, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, safety standards, inventory, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management.
• Strong communication skills to resolve conflict and provide direction to teams.
• Experience mentoring and training hourly team members.
• Hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume environment experience.
• Valid driver’s license for occasional duties (shift coverage, liquor license requirements, catering orders, travel between locations).

Responsibilities

• Supervises and facilitates training of all Hospitality Team Members.
• Articulates clearly to Team Members, other management, and guests.
• Develops schedules for all Hospitality Team members.
• Holds pre-shift meetings to provide daily focus and direction for staff.
• Ensures dress code standards are followed.
• Adheres to state safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Supports inventory execution and controls costs within responsibility.
• Manages check-outs and ensures a clean, safe environment for team and guests.
• Addresses guest service issues professionally and with empathy.
