Job summary

Credence in the United States seeks an experienced FMS Program Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAM F-16 program. You will organize and oversee planning, analysis, and execution of complex defense programs at multiple bases, ensuring compliance with DoD policies and customer requirements.

The role requires a current Secret clearance, advanced degree or equivalent experience, and a track record managing LOAs, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Advanced degree or substantial DoW-related experience is required.
• Experience with FMS, LOAs, budgets, and schedules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and analyze program activities and assessments.
• Provide support across FMS programs through planning, execution, and closure.
• Coordinate LOA development, export controls, and government responses.
• Manage resources, timelines, and communications with DoW and contractors.
