Job summary

Credence is seeking an experienced FMS Program Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center and F-16 program execution. The role requires coordinating LOAs, SOOs, and DOA processes across multiple bases, including DSCA-aligned activities.

The candidate will plan, manage, and assess program milestones and deliverables within the DoW framework. The position demands a Master’s or Doctoral degree (or a Bachelor’s with extensive DoW experience) and deep familiarity with FMS, ITAR,

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field with 10+ years of DoW experience (or Bachelor’s with 12+ years).
• Experience with FMS, DoW acquisitions, and LOA/SOO/SOW review.
• Strong knowledge of ITAR, DISAM, SAMM, and DSCA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and assess program management activities, analyses, and procedures.
• Support DoD FMS programs across planning, execution, delivery, and sustainment.
• Coordinate LOAs, LORs, and AECA compliance with DSCA guidance.
• Assist with pre-award activities and evaluation of contractor proposals.
• Prepare briefing charts and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Coordinate resources across FM, procurement, engineering, and logistics.
• Support CONUS/OCONUS meetings and program reviews.
