Job summary

Canvas seeks a Senior Program Management Support for the AFLCMC/WAM F-16 division at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will assist in planning, analyses, and documentation supporting DoD FMS programs with liaison to U.S. and foreign partners.

Responsibilities include travel coordination, briefing preparation, and ensuring compliance with AECA and DoD processes. A Secret clearance and extensive DoD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active or current Secret security clearance verifiable in DISS.
• 10+ years of experience in the respective technical field; 5+ in the DoW/DoD.
• 15+ years of direct related experience with appropriate DoD certifications (as applicable in PWS).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to one or multiple F-16 FMS programs and support teams.
• Assist in planning, organizing, completing, and presenting assessments of program and project management concepts.
• Evaluate implications of projects and policies to recommend improvements.
• Collect and analyze manpower data and develop new estimates for new programs.
• Prepare documentation for LORs and handle LOAs in accordance with AECA and DoD processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document information required by program managers and foreign customers; provide daily admin support.
