Job summary

Credence has an immediate opening for an FMS Manpower Project Management role at Wright Patterson AFB, OH, supporting AFLCMC/WAM for the F-16 division. The role focuses on program management for FMS manpower, LOA data, and budgeting, with liaison to U.S. and foreign partners.

The position requires a Secret clearance, a related Bachelor's degree, and at least three years of FMS project management experience. Expect cross-country travel and complex multi-stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance or higher is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and up to three years of relevant experience, or five years of related experience with proper certifications.
• Minimum of three years of FMS project management experience.
• Experience coordinating with U.S. and foreign government/contractor entities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and organizing of program/project activities and analysis.
• Plan, organize, complete, and present assessments of program/project management concepts and procedures.
• Provide project management for FMS manpower modifications and amendments for F-16 production aircraft.
• Analyze FMS manpower needs for F-16 aircraft according to LOR and LOA.
• Monitor expiring positions and coordinate with project managers to allocate and extend positions with country concurrence.
• Track and monitor the funding status of all FMS manpower positions.
