Job summary

Credence has an immediate opening for an FMS Manpower Project Management role at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, supporting AFLCMC/WAM. You will help plan, analyze, and manage FMS manpower for the F-16 program across multiple bases, with responsibilities spanning budget, LOA data, and coordination with U.S.

and foreign parties. The position requires active security clearance or the ability to obtain one, a related bachelor’s degree (or equivalent certifications), and at least three years of FMS

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required or the ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with up to three years of experience or five years with relevant certifications.
• Minimum three years of FMS project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and organization of program activities and analysis.
• Assess and present analyses, studies, and procedures for improvement.
• Manage FMS manpower modifications and amendments for F-16 production aircraft.
• Analyze FMS manpower needs per LOR and LOA.
• Monitor expiring positions and coordinate extensions with country concurrence.
• Track funding status of all FMS manpower positions.
• Collaborate with Air Force centers for concurrence on positions across the U.S.
• Assist LOA budget development, financial tracking, and interface with USG FMS reps.
• Prepare P&A data, LOA data, and ROM estimates for new FMS programs.
• Develop and maintain manpower data including LOA benchmarks.
• Document meetings with U.S. and foreign parties; organize foreign travel.
• Occasional travel (CONUS/OCONUS) for program meetings and reviews.
• Contribute to the preparation of LOA data and LOA budget scenarios.
