Job summary

Canvas II, LLC. seeks a Senior Program Management Support professional to back AFLCMC/WAM efforts for F-16 programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will assist in planning, analysis, and documentation across domestic and international activities, coordinating with foreign partners and security offices.

The role requires active SECRET clearance, advanced degrees, and extensive DoD program experience to ensure mission-critical readiness and compliance with AECA and related policies.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD/DoW/DoD programs and modify processes as needed.
• Ability to analyze manpower data and develop estimates for new programs.
• Familiarity with AECA, SAMM/DSCA Manual 5105.38-M, and DoD acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to FMS programs and support teams on multiple programs.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program management concepts and procedures.
• Assist evaluating implications of projects and policies and recommend improvements.
• Assist to collect and analyze manpower data and develop new estimates for new programs.
• Prepare documentation for LORs and LOA implementations in accordance with AECA guidelines.
• Coordinate with foreign disclosure office prior to releases to foreign partners.
• Prepare briefings and reports, and document meetings with U.S. and foreign parties.
• Support travel arrangements, including processing travel orders and obtaining country clearances.
