Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a qualified FMS Manpower Project Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAM directorate, F-16 division at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role involves coordinating manpower modifications, LOA data, and budget efforts for FMS programs.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of FMS project management experience and a current Secret security clearance, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and up to three years of experience, or five years of directly related experience with certifications.
• Minimum of three years of FMS project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and organizing program/project activities and analysis.
• Analyze and assess program/project management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures.
• Provide project management for FMS manpower modifications and amendments for F-16 production aircraft.
• Assist to analyze FMS manpower needs for F-16 aircraft per LOA.
• Monitor expiring positions and coordinate with PMs to allocate/extend positions.
• Track funding status of all FMS manpower positions.
• Collaborate with Air Force centers for concurrence across the United States.
• Assist with LOA budget development, financial tracking, and interface with USG FMS reps.
• Prepare P&A data, LOA data, and ROM estimates for new FMS programs.
