Job summary

Credence seeks a FMS Program Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAM directorate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on F-16 program management across planning, execution, delivery, and sustainment, with exposure to DoD processes and multinational cooperation.

You will coordinate LOAs, LORs, and P&A data, develop IMS, and align cross‑functional teams to deliver critical national security capabilities. A Master’s degree and extensive DoD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree or higher in a related field and 10+ years of DoD program management experience.
• Experience with DoD acquisition programs, LOAs, LORs, and FM/DP processes preferred.
• Active security clearance (Secret) required or as noted.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize program activities, assess programs, and recommend improvements.
• Provide DoD acquisition support across planning, execution, delivery, sustainment, and closeout.
• Coordinate security assistance issues to ensure compliance with LORs/LOAs and applicable law.
• Develop and execute LOAs in accordance with AECA and SAMM guidance.
• Review weapon system proposals and assist Government responses.
• Maintain IMS and coordinate resources across multiple DoD/foreign partners.
• Assist in planning milestones, briefing charts, and management of program metrics.
