Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center WAM directorate (AFLCMC/WAM), F-16 division, at WPAFB, OH. The role focuses on risk, cost, and schedule management across software development efforts and involves interaction with Government and contractor teams.

Ideal candidates will have Top Secret clearance, extensive DoD program experience, and a strong background in systems integration, weapons programs, and critical mission support, with

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Master's in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in risk management, cost, schedule, and performance of various software development efforts and report monthly using PMRT.
• Coordinate assignments within the Government acquisition process.
• Support program reviews, inspections, conferences, and milestone events at executive levels.
• Establish and maintain contacts between the program office, Government offices, and contractors.
• Advise System Program Office leadership on mission-critical capability trades.
