Torch Technologies is hiring a Senior FMS Program Manager to support AFLCMC/HB. The role involves acquisition planning, contract execution, and program reporting for FMS programs, including coordination with international partners and stakeholders.

The selected candidate will ensure cost, schedule, performance, and compliance with DoD policies, working at Hanscom AFB, MA. A Secret clearance and DoD experience are essential.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 12+ years of DoD/DoW experience or 15+ years incl. DoW.
• Experience with DoW/DoD acquisition processes and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide acquisition and program management support to Program Managers, IPT Leads, and senior leadership.
• Develop and coordinate acquisition documentation, milestones, briefs, and contract documents.
• Support cost, schedule, performance, risk, and international partner requirements.
• Facilitate risk management activities and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Assist with source selections, RFPs, SOWs, and CDRLs; monitor program health.
