Job summary

Abacus Technology Corporation is seeking a Sr. FMS Acquisition Manager to lead and manage a comprehensive DoD/FMS program at Wright-Patterson AFB.

The role covers planning, development, implementation and execution of acquisition strategies to support USAF security assistance and related logistics. Candidates must have 15+ years in acquisitions, including 5+ years DoD, a related bachelor’s degree, US citizenship with a Secret clearance, and experience with LOR/LOAD/MRP.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in acquisitions including at least 5 years working in a DoD environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and ability to oversee junior personnel.
• Knowledge of USAF acquisition and DoD 5000.2 Series; understanding of DoD regulations and processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and web access tools.

Responsibilities

• Utilize expert knowledge in FMS SA, technology transfer, compliance, risk management, and logistics support.
• Assist in maintaining PM documents, financial management, LOR/LOAD/MRP processes, and program integration.
