Job summary

Ceresti Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to own the caregiver-facing Flutter app across iOS and Android. You will ship native-feeling interfaces, integrate with secure APIs, and manage the full mobile release cycle via TestFlight and Google Play.

You will contribute to an accessible, offline-first experience, ensure PHI safety, and collaborate with backend, web, QA, design, and product teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. Remote US-based work is available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional mobile engineering experience with apps on App Store & Google Play.
• 3+ years of hands-on Flutter / Dart experience building production apps.
• Deep experience releasing through TestFlight and App Store Connect and Google Play Console (internal/closed/production).
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and ability to read schemas and debug mobile data issues with backend.
• Strong understanding of Flutter state management and clean architecture.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD, signing, and store uploads.
• Familiarity with native iOS/Android to drop into platform channels when needed.
• Experience with push notifications, deep linking, in-app updates, OTA config.
• Experience with analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring (Sentry/Datadog).
• Experience with mobile testing frameworks and AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Ceresti’s caregiver-facing iOS and Android apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Build elegant, accessible UI that works for caregivers of all ages and tech levels.
• Integrate with Go and PostgreSQL-backed APIs, including secure authentication and real-time data sync.
• Own mobile release lifecycle: pipelines, signing, TestFlight and Play Console testing, phased rollouts, monitoring.
• Implement offline-first behavior and secure local storage of PHI.
• Instrument app analytics, crashes, and performance; act on data insights.
• Champion accessibility and collaborate with cross-functional teams daily.
• Review PRs, raise code quality, mentor mobile engineers, and ensure security.
