Job summary

WISEcode is seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to join a team transforming health empowerment through an AI-driven mobile platform. You will own mobile product development across iOS, Android, and web using Flutter and Dart, from design to release.

You will collaborate with design, backend, and AI teams to deliver performant, scalable mobile experiences, tackle complex UI flows, and implement robust testing and CI/CD processes in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional mobile engineering experience shipping production apps.
• Strong hands-on Flutter and Dart expertise, including architecture and performance optimization.
• Experience releasing apps for iOS and Android; mobile web a plus.
• Experience with agent-first AI tools and AI-driven development.
• Familiarity with Riverpod, BLoC, go_router, layered architecture.
• Experience with GraphQL integration and Backend-for-Frontend patterns.
• CI/CD, app store delivery, and native build processes.
• Knowledge of analytics, observability, and accessibility is a plus.
• Startup experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and evolve production mobile apps across iOS, Android, and web with Flutter and Dart.
• Build scalable, reusable mobile code with layered architecture and state management.
• Integrate backend services and APIs (GraphQL, BFF) and support auth, storage, analytics, and AI workflows.
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate planning, debugging, and documentation while ensuring production-quality code.
• Collaborate with UI/UX to translate designs into responsive interfaces, including complex UI like camera flows and charts.
• Troubleshoot performance, stability, rendering, and release workflow issues.
• Support native build, signing, and store delivery (Xcode, Gradle, App Store Connect, Play Console, Codemagic, Shorebird).
• Work with product, backend, AI, QA to deliver and validate mobile apps.
• Contribute to testing, code reviews, documentation, and best practices.
• Stay current with Flutter, Dart, AI-assisted engineering and senior-level autonomy.
