Job summary

Sarnova HC, LLC is seeking a skilled Flutter Developer for Digitech, offering 100% remote work. You will design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform mobile and web apps that support our EMS billing platform.

Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and backend developers in Agile teams to deliver scalable, secure software. Strong Flutter and Dart expertise is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
• Proficiency with Flutter, Dart, RESTful APIs, JSON, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Flutter applications for mobile, web, and desktop platforms.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable code following established coding standards.
• Implement responsive user interfaces based on UI/UX designs.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Develop offline-first capabilities and local data storage solutions when required.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Debug and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Ensure application security and compliance with organizational standards.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand requirements.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
• Stay current with Flutter, Dart, mobile development trends, and emerging technologies.
• Evaluate new tools and frameworks that improve development efficiency and product quality.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes.
