Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Integrator for the New Glenn Stage 1 program. You will own subsystem concepts, architecture, components, and software, working with flight teams to define constraints, alerts, and operational timelines for test and launch activities.

The role emphasizes strong engineering fundamentals, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on testing within an aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience with mechanical or pressurized systems.
• Strong understanding of system engineering principles and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time on-console support for integrated tests, launches and recovery operations.
• Support hardware design reviews and technical assessments.
• Serve as primary technical POC for design, test, software, operations, and refurbishment artifacts.
• Develop and maintain CONOPS documentation and detailed vehicle operation timelines.
• Define testing requirements, operations lifecycle, and maintenance interfaces.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, software, test and operations teams for integration.
• Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
