Job summary

Blue Origin in Florida seeks an Operations Integrator for New Glenn Stage 1 to own CONOPS, architecture, and interfaces. You will work with vehicle operations to define constraints, alerts, and timelines for testing and flight operations.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical or aerospace engineering background and 4+ years in mechanical or pressurized systems, with strong communication for coordination across design, manufacturing, software, and operations.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace or related field).
• 4+ years of proven experience with mechanical or pressurized systems.
• Experience with system engineering principles and processes.
• Experience in at least one area of analysis, design, or integrated testing of mechanical or fluid power systems.
• Demonstrated understanding of mechanical or fluid system principles, components, and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time on-console support for integrated tests, launch and recovery operations.
• Support hardware design reviews and technical assessments.
• Serve as primary technical POC for all design, test, software, operations, and refurbishment artifacts for your subsystem.
• Develop and maintain Concept of Operations (CONOPS) documentation and detailed vehicle operational timelines.
• Define product testing requirements, operations lifecycle, maintenance requirements, and critical performance/requirements interfaces across the system.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, software, test, and operations teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
