Job summary

Blue Origin in Merritt Island, FL, is seeking an experienced fluid/thermodynamics analyst to support the New Glenn program. You will contribute to all phases from conceptual design through flight operations, focusing on fluid models, loads, and verification.

You will develop and maintain analysis inputs, models, and results in formal reports, working with a small, capable team dedicated to safe, reusable spaceflight and high-quality engineering.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in fluids or thermodynamic analysis
• Expertise with fluid modeling tools such as SINDA/FLUINT and Thermal Desktop
• Knowledge of MATLAB or similar scripting tools
• Experience analyzing booster and upper stage rocket systems
• Experience reviewing and critiquing models and results
