KBR, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Flight Test Manager to support the AFRL Autonomous Air Refueling program. This role manages flight test guidance, vendor plans, and data analysis to deliver safe, capable test campaigns across aircraft platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in test and evaluation with DoD programs.
• Ability to verify and validate system requirements.
• Experience leading planning and execution events.
• Proficiency with DoD acquisition tools and scheduling software.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Top Secret clearance preferred and SCI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and test organizations to develop detailed test plans.
• Lead testing activities, observe flight tests, and manage vendor reporting.
• Monitor cost, schedule, conduct, and testing strategy across phases.
• Provide briefings to government leadership and industry representatives.
• Evaluate vendor deliverables for contract performance and compliance.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory alignment with AFRL guidelines.
• Analyze flight test data and prepare detailed results reports.
