KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Test Manager to lead test and evaluation for the Air Force ABMS division. You will guide test strategies, coordinate across test organizations, and advise government and industry on T&E progress. The role emphasizes DoD acquisition processes and senior-level leadership.

On-site work in Beavercreek, OH with 20–40% travel, requiring TS/SAP eligibility and strong communication skills to manage complex programs across multiple stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of experience in systems engineering and/or test & evaluation with DoD exposure.
• Proven ability to manage system requirements verification and validation activities.
• Proven ability to lead planning and execution events.
• Proficiency with engineering tools and technologies used in DoD programs (MBSE, risk mgmt, requirements mgmt).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for program managers and contractors.
• Ability to navigate military contracting processes and ensure compliance with Air Force security requirements.
• Top Secret, SCI Eligible, SAP Eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and support execution of AC Branch Test Strategy across all product lines.
• Coordinate with DT and OT test organizations to develop detailed test plans and monitor execution.
• Act as a liaison to test stakeholders including test units, contractors, users, and program offices.
• Collaborate with weapon system program offices to support testing of AC-developed products.
• Provide senior-level expertise in T&E and advise on related policies and directives.
• Support processes to manage cost, schedule, conduct, and strategy of T&E across phases.
• Provide briefings to government leadership and industry on T&E status and progress.
• Monitor contractor performance and provide assessments to government leads.
• Coordinate activities among engineering, manufacturing, program control, data management, test, and logistics.
• Support contractual, financial, and programmatic aspects through acquisition phases.
• Apply acquisition test management principles to identify technical risks and aid program success.
• Engage with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and provide updates.
