Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Manager to support the Air Force's Advanced Battle Management System division.

This role provides expert test and evaluation guidance across acquisition phases for a DoD program and coordinates with multiple stakeholders to ensure rigorous testing and fielding of capabilities. Based in Beavercreek, OH, the position requires 15+ years in systems engineering/test and evaluation, strong leadership, and experience with DoD acquisition processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in systems engineering and/or test and evaluation on DoD/AF programs.
• Ability to manage requirements verification and validation activities.
• Ability to lead planning and execution events.
• Proficiency with modeling, risk and requirements management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop AC Branch Test Strategy across product lines.
• Coordinate with test organizations to plan and monitor execution.
• Act as liaison to test stakeholders and contractors.
• Collaborate with weapon system offices to test products.
• Provide senior-level T&E expertise and analysis.
• Support cost, schedule, conduct, and strategy of T&E activities.
• Provide briefings on T&E status to leadership.
• Monitor contractor performance and assess progress.
• Coordinate activities among engineering, manufacturing, program control, configuration, test, and logistics.
• Apply acquisition test management to identify risks.
• Engage with stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
