Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior flight test engineer to lead developmental test activities for the Fury UAS. You will own planning, execution, and reporting of test campaigns across ground and flight tests, collaborating with program leadership and cross-department teams.

The role requires 12+ years of developmental flight test experience, a technical degree, and proficiency with aero/performance, loads/dynamics, propulsion, or electrical disciplines.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as test conductor/director for developmental aircraft, weapons, or missile systems.
• Bachelor's degree or related technical discipline; may substitute equivalent engineering experience.
• Extensive experience as a test conductor/test director for developmental aircraft, weapon, or missile systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform senior-level development flight test activities for Fury UAS; focus on planning, ground and flight tests, issue investigation, and process development.
• Lead or participate in teams conducting ground and flight tests at private and government test ranges.
• Collect test data and perform initial data analysis; coordinate with engineering on requirements and test results.
