Apex Technology, Inc. seeks a seasoned Flight Software Engineer in Los Angeles to design, develop, and own mission-critical software for satellite systems across the full lifecycle. You will work with mission operations, GNC, and hardware teams to architect and deliver robust software that flies, 24/7.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of flight software experience, strong C++, Python, or Rust skills, and the ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 8+ years of total flight software experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, or equivalent.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to access export-controlled data.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and own mission-critical software for satellite systems throughout the full software lifecycle.
• Develop rapid, iterative software for bench tests and flight systems.
• Plan and execute unit, integration, and system-level testing; diagnose defects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with systems, hardware, test, and operations teams to define roadmaps.
• Support spacecraft commissioning during launch and early operations.
