Job summary

BOND is seeking a Senior Flight Operations Controller to lead and coordinate 24/7 flight operations, oversee high‑complexity situations, and mentor junior controllers. You will manage flight releases, monitor operations, and serve as the main point of contact for day‑of changes, including diversions and replanning.

Ideal candidates have extensive flight ops experience, strong FAR/AIM knowledge, and the ability to lead in a fast‑paced, multi‑airport environment, including nights, weekends, and

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising 24/7 operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/AIM and international ops.
• Experience coordinating flight releases and operational planning.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for active flight monitoring during high‑complexity ops or IROPs.
• Lead coordination of flight releases and operational flight plans per SOPs and regs.
• Be the crew's primary contact for day‑of changes: diversions and replanning.
• Oversee ground handling, fueling, and FBO arrangements at airports.
• Support complex international trip planning including permits and slots.
• Mentor junior controllers on SOPs, escalation and shift procedures.
• Assist the Tactical Desk Manager with duty/FTL risk management and reporting.
