Job summary

BOND is seeking a Training Department Administrator in Fort Lauderdale to coordinate training programs across the company, handling scheduling, enrollment tracking, and compliance documentation. The role supports safety and regulatory obligations in a fast-moving aviation environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and experience with learning management systems, enabling them to work across departments and with Flight

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of administrative experience (training, HR, or corporate environment preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or professional certification a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and databases with high attention to detail.
• Valid Florida driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling and logistics for training sessions, courses, and certifications across multiple departments.
• Track enrollment, attendance, and completion records to keep training data accurate and current.
• Maintain training files, documentation systems, and compliance records to FAA and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and distribute training materials, handouts, and participant packages.
• Provide administrative support to Training Department leadership, including correspondence and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with Flight Operations to track crew currency and ensure members are qualified for assigned duties.
