Kimmel Associates is seeking a Heavy Construction Fleet Supervisor to oversee daily fleet maintenance, shop operations, and safety compliance for a large construction portfolio. You will lead a team, coordinate with scheduling, and drive equipment reliability to minimize downtime.

The role requires hands-on experience with heavy machinery, strong leadership, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced shop environment. Excellent communication and operational planning are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years in heavy equipment shop leadership or fleet supervision.
• Strong experience with heavy construction equipment and on-road fleet maintenance.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance/diagnostic software.
• Knowledge of NJDOT regulations, OSHA standards, EPA regulations and state compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain efficient workflow throughout the shop.
• Coordinate workloads for scheduled and emergency repairs.
• Ensure mechanics have proper tools, equipment, and parts.
• Review work orders in CMMS and close completed tasks.
• Monitor fleet reliability and asset performance.
• Lead and develop shop staff and foster safety culture.
