Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in fleet maintenance, transportation, or trucking industries.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Transportation, Fleet Management, or related field.
• Strong ability to analyze maintenance data, trends, and cost performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Fleetrock and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and fleet compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for truck and trailer maintenance operations, preventive maintenance programs, and repair processes.
• Monitor maintenance activity through Fleetrock to ensure repairs are documented, coded, and completed on time.
• Analyze maintenance histories, repair trends, and equipment performance to identify reliability and cost improvements.
• Review and approve maintenance invoices within authority limits.
• Coordinate and oversee warranty recovery efforts to maximize reimbursements and minimize expenses.
• Partner with vendors and repair facilities to resolve issues and ensure quality service.
