Job summary

Victory Equipment and Services is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to manage safety and compliance for a fleet of 5,000+ trailers and chassis. You will be the primary contact for customers on maintenance and inspections, help them make informed decisions about trailers, and maintain detailed records to support fleet asset management.

You will build strong vendor relationships, create maintenance schedules, and support the claims process while ensuring billing accuracy.

Customer service focused.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel for trailer inspections as needed.

Responsibilities

Handle maintenance requests and assist customers with issues while assets are over the road.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with contacts at maintenance vendors.
Assist customers with creating maintenance schedules to maintain compliance.
Manage internal fleet records and perform audits of active trailers.
Work with Rentals and Escalations teams when needed.
Assist in the claims process regarding trailer damage.
Review and approve maintenance invoices for billing and claims accuracy.
