Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years in fleet administration or related operations.
• Experience supporting invoices, billing reconciliation, or financial reporting.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and manage detailed processes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate fleet asset lifecycle activities from acquisition to disposal.
• Review fleet billing, charges, and cost allocations for accuracy.
• Support fleet data integrity and reporting to improve utilization and costs.
• Lead process improvements and provide guidance to Fleet Asset Specialists.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Project Controls on reconciliations.
