Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Sr Procurement Representative to support fleet asset management, compliance, procurement, billing, and operational activities across construction projects.

You will liaise between Fleet Operations, Procurement, Accounting, Project Teams, and vendors to ensure assets are acquired, deployed, billed, maintained, and retired efficiently throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of fleet administration, fleet operations, asset management, procurement support, billing administration, or related operational experience.
• Experience supporting invoices, billing reconciliation, financial reporting, or accounting-related processes.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and manage detailed operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet asset lifecycle activities from acquisition to disposal.
• Monitor asset performance, utilization, and downtime to identify optimization opportunities.
• Serve as the primary fleet billing specialist for internal and external transactions.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain pricing, lead times, specs, and procurement docs.
• Support compliance programs, audits, and training for fleet operations.
• Generate fleet reports and dashboards on utilization, billing, and financials.
• Lead projects and provide guidance to Fleet Asset Specialists.
