Exelon Corporation is seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to support maintenance facilities, optimize vehicle performance, and minimize operating costs. You will collaborate with customer organizations and affiliates to meet fleet needs and drive strategic initiatives.

The role requires coordinating with Fleet Supervisors, managing governance processes, and delivering data-driven insights. A strong background in leadership, safety, and regulatory compliance is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and 4–7 years related business experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Proven leadership ability in a high performance work culture.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process enhancements and efficiencies including technology and performance.
• Proven high performance in safety.
• Demonstrated expertise in technical and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with forensic accident investigation processes (Root Cause Analysis).
• Working knowledge of transportation regulations (federal/state/local).
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Governance and oversight of Fleet's asset management, fuel, and reporting processes.
• Organize retirement and disposal of fleet vehicles.
• Resolve vehicle and equipment issues with manufacturers, vendors, and affiliates.
• Oversee traffic violations related to company vehicles.
• Develop and provide database support for Fleet applications and projects.
• Create reports to support performance indicators.
• Act as environmental SPOC for Fleet audits and emergencies.
• Lead special Fleet improvement projects (cost/safety/operations).
• Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity for Fleet Services.
• Manage vehicle licensing/registration and warranty recovery processes.
• Interact with management and executives to align repair trends with business needs.
