Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Fleet Operations professional to support the Fleet Operations Manager and Supervisors in maximizing fleet performance while minimizing operational costs. You will work with customer organizations and affiliates to define requirements and develop strategies for a competitive Fleet Services provider.

The role emphasizes governance, data analysis, and regulatory compliance, with extended hours during storms or energy delivery emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering required with 4–7 years of related experience; alternative: Associate's plus 5–9 years.
• Experience leading performance-driven teams in a high-output environment.
• Ability to design and implement process improvements and efficiency gains, including tech and performance.

Responsibilities

• Govern governance of Fleet asset management, fuel, and regulatory reporting (20%).
• Organize retirement and disposal of all fleet vehicles (10%).
• Resolve vehicle and equipment issues with manufacturers and vendors; analyze data and feedback (10%).
• Oversee processes for traffic violations related to company vehicles (10%).
• Provide database support for Fleet applications and projects (10%).
• Develop reports to support performance indicators (10%).
• Serve as Environmental SPOC for Fleet audits and emergencies (10%).
• Lead special Fleet initiatives for safety, cost and operations (5%).
• Back up Manager in disaster recovery planning (5%).
• Manage vehicle licensing, registration, and warranty recovery (5%).
