Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Three or more years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
• Two or more years managing and leading direct reports.
• Excellent knowledge of Transportation and/or Warehouse Logistics operations (advanced).
• Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements (advanced).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of daily fleet operation and efficiency.
• Develops policies and procedures for transportation systems and terminals.
• Sets schedules, routes and assigns drivers and vehicles.
• First point of contact for operational information and driver concerns.
• Recruits, orients, trains, and monitors progression of new drivers.
• Directs operation and maintenance of equipment and communications systems.
