Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in advisor or coordination related role preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and software including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate clearly and prioritize tasks with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings/nights/weekends as needed.
• Some travel may be required (up to 10%).
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize the daily operations and management of the internal fleet of vehicles.
• Set schedules, prioritize vehicle workflows, and coordinate with stakeholders for on-time arrival.
• Develop processes and systems to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage vehicle requests for internal partners and communicate needs to Fleet team.
• Develop and deliver reporting on fleet performance for senior leadership.
• Handle accidents, insurance claims, repairs and related ticketing.
