Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Service Operations Manager to oversee local service operations with a hands-on, servant-leadership approach. You will be accountable for P&L, WIP, and customer experience, driving strategic programs and aligning with Rivian’s safety and service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and a passion for building a high-performing, customer-centric service team. Travel and relocation flexibility may be needed to support field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to lead automotive or high-tech teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L, WIP and customer experience measured by NPS.
• Lead local operations with servant-leadership and hands-on mindset.
• Ensure programs comply with Rivian objectives and safety standards.
• Build and mentor a customer-centric service team (Technicians, Advisors, Parts).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and improve field service ops.
