Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee heavy-duty fleet maintenance programs and shop operations.
• Lead and mentor diesel technicians; build and coach the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/OSHA/EPA regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor fleet performance, costs, and uptime; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Safety and Operations for asset readiness and reporting.
