Job summary

You will work with the Divisional team to monitor quality, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes across the division.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• 8 years progressive hands-on experience in fleet support and maintenance.
• Strong project management and written/verbal communication skills.
• Specialized understanding of EPA/DOT/OSHA regulations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising maintenance staff and functions.
• Support fleet processes including inspection, repair, pre/post servicing, and distribution.
• Maintain and input data in the vehicle maintenance system (e.g., Dossier).
• Coordinate maintenance-related training for drivers and shop personnel.
• Ensure adherence to EPA, DOT, OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Contribute to fleet budgeting, cost controls, and performance metrics.
• Prepare fleet inventory/condition reporting and readiness for ready-lines.
