Job summary

Waste Pro USA is seeking a key maintenance leader to maximize fleet performance. If you excel in diagnostics, repair, and team development, this role centers on planning, training, and maintaining equipment to our industry-leading standards.

You will oversee daily planning, inspect equipment, document maintenance activities, and mentor local maintenance teams. The role requires hands-on diagnostic capability, strong safety focus, and willingness to travel to other sites as needed.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years heavy equipment maintenance and repair experience.
  • Valid driver's license and DOT Medical Card.
  • Ability to read schematics to diagnose mechanical, hydro-static, hydraulic, electrical, and CAN/BUS systems.
  • Must maintain a necessary set of tools to disassemble and reassemble components (specialty tools provided).
  • ASE Certifications preferred not required with prerequisite experience.
  • CDL preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all OSHA and company safety requirements and policy.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance with onsite operators and site personnel.
  • Document and track all maintenance, repairs, parts ordering and 3rd party activities.
  • Diagnose, coordinate and/or repair equipment to maintain standards.
  • Coach and mentor maintenance staff on proper operating procedures and minor inspections.
  • Travel to other company locations for support as needed.
