Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking a results-driven Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead a high-volume operation in West Palm Beach, overseeing ~110 heavy-duty diesel and CNG trucks and a skilled maintenance team. You will drive uptime, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement while developing staff and delivering value for a fast-growing, privately owned waste and recycling company.

Qualifications

• High-level maintenance leadership experience in heavy equipment or fleet operations.
• Strong knowledge of DOT, OSHA, EPA regulations and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, parts inventory, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for ~110 heavy-duty diesel/CNG trucks.
• Drive uptime, safety, and cost efficiency across the facility.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and repair quality.
