Job summary

RenewGas Transportation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead fleet maintenance across multiple locations. You will oversee trucks, trailers, and equipment, ensuring safety, compliance, and reliability while coordinating with senior management.

The role is hands-on and requires stepping into leadership with proven experience in preventative maintenance, vendor management, and budget oversight. Some travel to terminals and repair vendors is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of fleet maintenance experience.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance leadership or management experience.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs across multi-location operations.
• Strong understanding of FMCSA, DOT, and hazardous materials regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet maintenance operations across multiple locations.
• Provide direction to mechanics, vendors, and terminal managers.
• Establish and maintain maintenance standards and procedures.
• Ensure safe and efficient completion of all maintenance activities.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules and budgets.
