Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associate degree in automotive technology preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 4 years in fleet maintenance management.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance software.
• Ability to manage budgets and time constraints.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Know-how of DOT safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate preventive maintenance and repair for all vehicles.
• Evaluate and approve repair orders with budget controls.
• Develop and implement new fleet maintenance programs to improve productivity.
• Ensure vehicles are operational and meet daily service needs.
• Review scope of work and specifications for major procurements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/DOT safety policies.
• Demonstrate safety, integrity and ethical standards.
• Lead short- and long-range fleet maintenance planning.
