Job summary

Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sr Fleet Analyst to develop analytics that drive continuous improvement and the strategic direction of the fleet. You will produce KPIs, dashboards, and real-time reports, translating data into actionable insights for executive leadership.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to align fleet strategy, leverage AI to automate workflows, and present findings to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of analytics experience with large datasets and tools like SQL, Python, Tableau or similar.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Python expertise with PySpark, Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.

Responsibilities

• Develop KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and real-time reporting tools to measure performance and drive improvement.
• Leverage analytics and AI to automate workflows and accelerate insight generation for fleet decisions.
• Create executive-level data visualizations and presentations translating data into clear business insights.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to align fleet strategy and influence data-driven decisions.
